MolyExp – Inversiones y Comercio PB Limitada – was founded in 1992 by Pablo Bascur, graduated in Economy and Business from the Catholic University of Chile, with 35 years of executive experience in the Molybdenum, Rhenium and other by-products markets. Bascur has been representative and broker in Chile for companies operating in this industry and has been advisor to large producers in specific Molybdenum and Rhenium projects. Until recently, Bascur was the Vice President of By-Product Sales of CODELCO and before that, he was Commercial Manager of MOLYMET, two top producers.

In addition to Bascur, the MolyExp Team includes Marcela Adriasola, civil engineer with a Master's degree in mechanical engineering graduated from the Catholic University of Chile, former Vice President of Molybdenum and By-Products Sales of CODELCO, with 35 years of experience in mining marketing and logistics; and Matías Bascur, graduated in business from Finis Terrae University, former researcher for the market research consultant companies Ipsos and Adimark.
